This privacy policy applies to the SaveWine app. Your right to privacy and online security is important. This privacy policy describes the collection, protection, disclosure, and use of your information by the SaveWine app.
By using the SaveWine app you agree to this privacy policy. If you do not agree with any term in this privacy policy, please do not use the app.
Here’s a quick overview:
SaveWine is a Wine Community application. All info you add in SaveWine are public.
You can save the data created by SaveWine to our server. SaveWine upload data generated using the SaveWine app to the server.
For all SaveWine users, we collect some other information, such as the type of device they use and country information based on their IP address. We may also collect information about which buttons you clicked, which countries you chose and which menu you clicked. We use this information to help improve our service.

SaveWine or its partners or service providers may maintain operations in the Korea or any other country, and therefore your personal information may be processed outside the country where you are located. By using and providing information to us, you agree and consent to the transfer, storage, and processing of your information in other countries, including for example outside the European Economic Area. Countries that we transfer your information to may not have data protection laws similar to those of where you are located.

The information you provide to us:
User-generated content: We also collect and store the information you provide to us when using our service. This data includes, for example, which buttons you clicked, which items you chose, which menu you clicked and which problems app had. You may share information that you make with various ways. You are solely responsible for which info you share this information with.
We may offer bulletin boards, blogs, chat rooms, message boards, or similar public forums where you can communicate with us or other users. Any information that you submit or post to these blogs or other forums could be viewed by other viewers or may otherwise be publicly available. For example, new feature suggestions posted in our public suggestion forum are public and can be viewed by anyone. We don’t recommend posting personal information in public forums. If you choose to post personal information, other viewers may use this information to send you unsolicited messages. We are not responsible for the personal information you choose to submit in these blogs and other forums, so please be careful about what you disclose and do not post any information that you expect to keep private. The way you use our service: We collect information about how you use and interact with SaveWine. Such as the name of wine you add, the features you use, the actions you take, and the time. For example, we log when and how often you add wine tasting notes and may use that information to improve our service or suggest new features we offer.
Device and Location information: When you download or use SaveWine, we may receive information about your device and location based on your ip address, which allows us to provide increased account security and regulatory compliance. It also allows us to provide location-based services such as targeted advertising, search results, and other personalized content. We also collect information about your interaction with SaveWine including, but not limited to, your IP address, unique identifiers of your device, the operating system version, and app version.
Payment information: SaveWine may offer paid premium features (“SaveWine Premium”) in some markets. All payments are processed by Google Play or Apple App Store. We don’t ask you for any payment information.
Information related to Third Party Integrations: SaveWine may collect information about you from third parties to help improve our service, or for security and support reasons.
Accounts: As part of using SaveWine, you may be presented with the option to link your Account to your SaveWine. If you authorize SaveWine to use your Account to login to contact information (usually an email address) and other basic account details (profile picture, age, gender, birthday) may be shared with SaveWine at your discretion. Sharing this data is not required to start a SaveWine. These details will be stored in SaveWine and will generally be treated as if you had manually provided that data to SaveWine under this privacy policy (for instance: to sign in with Google in the future).
Other information: We may request or receive other information such as feedback, questions, comments, suggestions, or ideas to provide you with other benefits or to improve upon the Service.
WE WILL NOT PROVIDE ANY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION TO ANY THIRD PARTY EXCEPT AS OUTLINED IN THIS POLICY OR WITH YOUR CONSENT.

To Provide the SaveWine Service
SaveWine is designed to help people save and record wine tasting note. We process your information to provide, support, and secure our service (both automatically and manually). For example, we may use your information in some of the following ways:
To analyze SaveWine usage, perform market research, project planning, product development, troubleshooting problems, analysis of user behavior, internal marketing and promotions, or other efforts to improve our service quality.
To pre-fill form fields or store preferences for your convenience.
To alert you to software compatibility issues and to improve our app design and functionality.

To Request Data Deletion
If you want to delete your data from our service, you have to withdraw from our service. You can withdraw from the profile page of the SaveWine App. If you request a withdrawal, your data will be deleted, and can not restore data permanently.
We will not, without your permission, sell, publish, or share your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

Google Analytics - Google Analytics helps us analyze the behavior of our users in order to improve our services. - We track app usage data with Google Analytics. For example, we send tracking events with information about wine types you add and overall usage of menus while using SaveWine - We don’t share your email address with Google Analytics. However, we send a unique user identifier and a device identifier to Google Analytics - Furthermore Google Analytics collects country information based on your IP address.
Google Firebase - We use Google Firebase for crash logging (Firebase Crashlytics), analytics (Firebase Analytics), in-app notifications and remote configuration.
Business Transfer
If our company or our assets are acquired by another company, or in the event of a merger, consolidation, change in control, transfer of substantial assets, reorganization, or liquidation, we may transfer, sell, or assign to third parties, information concerning your relationship with us, including, without limitation, personal information that you provide and other information concerning your relationship with us. Such third parties will assume responsibility for the personal information collected by us in connection with our business operations or through our Sites and such third parties will assume the rights and obligations regarding such information as described in this Privacy Statement and according to applicable regulations.
Non-identifiable information
We do not share personal information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to accomplish SaveWine’s functionality. We may share anonymous, aggregate statistics with outside parties, such as how many people add tasting notes to the SaveWine app.
How we protect the information we collect
We implement a variety of security measures to help keep your information secure. For instance, all communication with the app’s server uses HTTPS. Passwords are hashed and not stored in clear text.
Online Tracking and Interest-Based Advertising
You also have choices to limit some tracking mechanisms that collect information when you use our Services. You can learn about your options to opt-out of mobile app tracking by certain advertising networks through your device settings. Please note that opting-out of advertising networks services does not mean that you will not receive advertising while using SaveWine. It will, however, exclude you from interest-based advertising conducted through participating networks, as provided by their policies and choice mechanisms.
